Lady Lib Sports and Entertainment, LLC is a boutique sports management group, representing clients seeking to play both semi-pro and professional football. Rasheeda Liberty, also known affectionately as Lady Lib, is our lead agent.
Rasheeda Liberty wears many hats from corporate executive to non-profit leader to mother and wife. She is easily described as a negotiator, deal closer and strategic visionary. Liberty attended Marquette University where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, attended law school and earned an MBA. She trained for high performing business leadership and negotiation prowess at both London Business School and Alpine University via McKinsey Consultants. Professionally, Rasheeda Liberty brings experience in areas of banking, financial services, corporate law, insurance, media, heavy equipment leasing, consumer packaged goods and most recently e-commerce retail. With a seat at the table in Fortune 100 companies, Liberty brings unique experience in managing multi-billion dollar portfolios, building brands, and driving game changing decisions.
Sowing into others is the driving force with why she represents players as an agent. In this role, Liberty provides a vision to players that is bigger than the football field. In her own words, Liberty says "My goal is to build a legacy for my players that extends far beyond their football career."
